Getting the power right Here is the thing about high-voltage industrial circuits: they aren’t forgiving. We’ve dialed in the wattage-to-length ratio so your PET preforms soften exactly how they should. But you have to be careful with the voltage. If you’re running a 400V system, your lamps need to match that perfectly. If the resistance is off, the lamp burns out way too fast. Even worse? Your thermal profile shifts, and suddenly you’re staring at bottles with uneven walls. Nobody wants that. The gear inside We use high-purity quartz glass because these things take a beating. The rapid heating and cooling cycles are brutal, and cheap glass just won’t cut it. As for the fit, we use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. You just pop them in. No messing around with the sockets or rewiring your machine. Some of our lamps even come with a special coating. High-wattage shortwave lamps put out an intense amount of heat in a very small space. If your cooling fans are clogged with dust or just plain dying, these lamps will bake your reflectors.
