When your thermal field is acting up, you’re basically just fighting a losing battle with scrap rates. We’ve been there. That’s why we make high-precision quartz heating lamps. The nitty-gritty on power These lamps run on high voltage and high wattage because you need that heat to penetrate fast. The real secret is in the filament positioning. We tightened the tolerances so you don’t get those annoying gaps you find in generic tubes. If you’re running a 2500W tube, you actually get a flat heat profile across the whole thing. No weird spikes in the middle. Just steady, reliable heat. Better glass, easier setup We use heavy-wall fused quartz. Why? Because thin glass bows when it gets screaming hot, and when it bows, you lose your focal point. Plus, we use standard R7s or SK15 connectors. You can just wire them in.
