Getting Into the Details

Sidel Matrix ovens are picky. They need heat that’s precise and quick to respond. So we matched the original power and voltage to nail that balance. That way, the watt density stays consistent across all the heating zones, and your resin gets the same ramp-up and hold it’s used to. And the shape? It’s everything. We duplicated the exact tube length and diameter so the lamp settles into the reflector just as the machine was designed. Because if the footprint is off by even a few millimeters, you get hot spots or weak spots. That means a wonky parison, and you’re left chasing scrap.
